1. Be it enacted by the Members of the McG Model Congress 2. of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3. Section 1: Title
4. Illegal Immigrants: No Trespassing 5. Section 2: Purposes
6. The number of immigrants have been taking jobs Americans could have.
7. Illegal immigrants are taking up important services in the United State.
8. Security around the border needs to be stronger in the United States to keep out illegal immigrants.
9. The purpose of this bill is to stop the flow of illegal immigrants in the United States.
10. Section 3: Eligibility
12. Section 4: Terms and Benefits
13. Employers must check citizenship of each employee.
14. Penalty for employers: First Offense: $1,000 fine per illegal immigrant, Second Offense: six months in jail.
15. Border security must catch all individuals crossing the border and return them to their country.
16. Border security officers will receive $500 bonus for each 500 illegal immigrants returned to their countries of origin
15. Public services such as education and health care to be provided to citizens of the United States only.
16. States providing public services to illegal immigration will not be eligible for federal funding.
17. Section 6: Administration
18. Bureau of Immigration and Naturalization will be the primary agency. They will work in close coordination with the Department of Justice.
